Fresh Pastry Stand Beeswax: A Hare Krishna Favorite on Kickstarter!

Fresh Pastry Stand Beeswax on Kickstarter

Only 51 hours to go on my Kickstarter project! I reached my goal of $10,000 early Monday morning so I will be fully funded Tuesday/August 16th at 11:01am. There is still time left to get your pledge in and get an assortment of beeswax candles at a terrific price. These candles will make excellent holiday gifts this winter!

The turnout from my social network has been AMAZING and I am so grateful for all the love!

This has to be the project on Kickstarter with the most Hare Krishna backers ever. Heck, I even had a SWAMI back the project. Can you say, “Ki Jaya?”

To thank my Hare Krishna and Hindu backers, I recently stumbled across this amazing gem of a vintage bottle. Any devotees who back at the $35 or $100 level will receive a French Ganga Jal candle! At first I thought it was from some Victorian fancy schmancy exotic perfume. But this is not a perfume bottle but rather a “cure” bottle. The kind of bottle that elixirs and snake oils came in. So this was probably some kind of curative tonic recognizing the power of Mother Ganga. Cool, eh.

And, by special request, I can fill your reward pack with all French Ganga Jal candles, if you like.

My candles are coming along great. I have some already listed in my Etsy Shop.

Beeswax Candles Tips & Facts!
*Beeswax costs 3x as much as Eco-Soy!
*Beeswax candles burn clean! They actually purify the air by releasing negative ions!
*Beeswax is non-toxic and non-carcinogenic!
*Paraffin (what most conventional candles are made of) is a petroleum by-product and totally not good for you!
*Soy candles are affordable but are often GMO and heavily sprayed with pesticides!
*Fresh Pastry Stand Beeswax candles are never varnished! You get a pure candle that burns pure!
*Bloom! is a white dusty coating that, over time, will cover the surface of your candle. This is a good thing because it proves that your candle is absolutely 100% pure beeswax! You can remove bloom by wiping your candle with a soft cloth or, to restore the fresh out of the mold luster of the candle, you can wipe the candle with a cloth dabbed in a little pure cooking oil, like olive or coconut.
*Keep wick trimmed to 1/4″ for best burn results!
*Due to the un-uniform size of Fresh Pastry Stand Beeswax molded candles, some dripping may occur. Always burn candle on a candle plate. If candle drips, you can extinguish flam by dipping in wick and then break off drips and add them to the wax pool. This will extend the life of your candle!
*As the candle burns and the walls soften you can either push the soft wax walls into the center wax pool or let the candle burn down with a wax wall. It’s up to you!
*Burn away from drafts, open windows, air vents. Don’t leave your burning candle unattended!
